Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This page is maintained by Dominion Strategic Partners to explain how we handle information collected through this website and the One-Day Business Diagnostic.

1. Information you provide

When you complete the diagnostic contact form, we collect the details you enter: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and self-reported annual revenue range. We also record which contact channels — email, phone, and/or SMS — you have opted in to.

When you continue through the diagnostic, we collect your answers to each question and the score and tier those answers produce.

2. Information collected automatically

To understand how people find the diagnostic and to reduce fraud and abuse, we automatically collect basic technical and attribution information when you visit the site. This includes your device and browser type, screen and viewport size, language, timezone, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring URL, and any advertising click IDs or UTM parameters present in the URL you arrived from.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide and that we collect to:

  • Deliver your diagnostic results and follow up about them.
  • Contact you through the channels you selected on the form.
  • Improve the diagnostic, our marketing, and our services based on aggregate patterns.
  • Detect misuse of the site and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the diagnostic and follow up with you, including:

  • Our CRM and messaging platform (Go High Level / LeadConnector), which stores your contact record and delivers our email, SMS, and call outreach.
  • Analytics and attribution providers that help us understand where our visitors come from.
  • Our scheduling provider, if you choose to book a call with us.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your choices and consent

You choose which channels we may use to follow up with you when you submit the form. You can change your mind at any time:

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any text message from us.
  • Phone: ask us during a call, or email the address in Section 9, to remove you from our call list.

Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

6. Retention

We keep your contact record and diagnostic results for as long as they are useful for the relationship, and for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact address below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information in transit and at rest, and we limit access to the people and providers that need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
