Dominion Strategic Partners provides business coaching, diagnostic tools, and advisory content to owners of small and mid-sized businesses. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

The One-Day Business Diagnostic is a self-assessment intended for informational and educational purposes. Your score and tier are generated automatically from the answers you provide and reflect your self-reported situation only. Results are not a guarantee of business performance, outcomes, or suitability of any product or service.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the diagnostic. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your contact details up to date. You may request that we correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 11.

When you submit the diagnostic contact form, you choose the channels — email, phone, and/or SMS — through which we may follow up. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, unsubscribing from an email, or asking us to remove you by phone or email. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

All content on this site — including the diagnostic questions, scoring, tier definitions, written copy, graphics, and branding — is owned by Dominion Strategic Partners or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent information, scraping content in bulk, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

The site links to and integrates with third-party services (for example, our scheduling and CRM providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

The site and the diagnostic are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results of the diagnostic will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominion Strategic Partners and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the diagnostic. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
